I received a defective product, what should I do?

Will a product that is out of stock be back in stock?
Our products are in rapid and diverse turnover and change from collection to collection so it is impossible to know. Next to a product that is out of stock, a message will appear "Notify me when the product is back in stock". It is recommended to register and as soon as the product is back in stock, you will receive a reminder email.

Where can I order my shipment?
The delivery is delivered by courier to your home or workplace according to the address you specified when registering on the website or at the time of purchase. We recommend that you specify the delivery address at which you are available during the day when ordering. Our couriers work during the day between 08:00-20:00 and coordinate the arrival time in advance by message or in a preliminary conversation with the customer. If you miss a call from the courier, he will try to coordinate the delivery with you the next day. You can come to pick up the item yourself from our showroom by prior arrangement.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
