When placing an order, you can choose one of the following shipping methods:

Additional Notes
* Delays in courier arrival may occur in small or remote settlements, such as: Eilat, Arava settlements, settlements beyond the Green Line, and the Golan Heights area. In these settlements, we cannot guarantee courier arrival within 6 business days.
* Delays may occur during special sales promotions or periods of unusual activity.
* Free – for purchases over 399 ILS
* If your purchase is less than 399 ILS, a fee of 25 ILS will be charged for home delivery.
* If your purchase is over 399 ILS – home delivery is free.
* We undertake to pack and dispatch your package for delivery within 2 business days from the time of order (working days). Should there be any deviation, we will contact you for an update and coordination.
Delivery by courier to home or workplace
The courier will contact you by phone to coordinate their arrival, so it is recommended to be available after placing the order on the website. Delivery hours are 10:00-17:00, so it is advisable to choose a convenient address for receiving the delivery during these hours (e.g., your workplace address). If the courier company does not deliver to the locality you specified in your address, we will inform you and send the order via registered mail.

Return Policy
Cancellation of Transaction and Product Return Policy
If you wish to exchange or return an item you purchased, you can do so according to the following guidelines:
The provisions of this section are subject to the Consumer Protection Law 1981.
The customer (and not the prevented party) may cancel an order placed in any of the following cases and conditions: Any credit will be transferred to the credit card with which the order was placed only, and according to the credit card company's schedule.
* Cancellation of an order before the product is sent to the customer will incur a charge of 15 ILS, and the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the transaction, including shipping fees. A monetary refund will be provided as stated in the law.
* In case of transaction cancellation: after the product has been sent to the customer and after the goods have been returned and received back at the company's warehouses: only the value paid for the items will be credited, less a 30 ILS return fee.
Item purchased at full price (not on sale or with a coupon discount):
2 options:
Credit to credit card: A refund will be issued for the amount paid for the items, less 30 ILS only for shipping costs.
Website coupon: If you choose a coupon for purchase on the website, you will be credited the full amount paid.
Item purchased on sale or with a discount code:
2 options:
Credit to credit card: You will receive a refund less 5% of the item's value + a 30 ILS deduction for return shipping costs.
Website coupon: You will be credited the full amount paid for the items, without deductions. (In the case of special promotions such as 1+1, an amount of 25 ILS will be deducted).
The credit will be given provided the item is returned unused and/or undamaged and/or without fault – and with its original tag attached. If the product is returned not as stated in this section, the customer will not be credited (neither a monetary credit nor a credit voucher).
* The company has sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned goods.
* An item can be returned – unused, in its original packaging, with the tags attached to the zip tie – within 14 days of receipt.
* Eligibility for a monetary refund is subject to a period of up to one month (at the latest) from the date of the credit card/PayPal transaction.
* No monetary credit will be given for items for which no monetary consideration was paid, such as promotions or gifts.
Exchange Policy
First exchange – will be charged 20 ILS (except for exchanges during special promotions such as 1+1 where the exchange fee is 45 ILS).

Notes and Additions
* The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of return of the item, only to the credit card from which the order was placed. It will be carried out under the same terms as the original transaction (i.e., a transaction made in installments will be credited with a corresponding number of installments, and a transaction charged in a single payment will be credited in one payment). There is no need to contact the credit card company to cancel the transaction – we will handle it for you. * A monetary credit for returned models will be given less 30 ILS for return shipping fees.
* By Ministry of Health guidelines, bottom garments such as swimwear, bodysuits, and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
* An item sold at a discount as part of a SALE can be returned up to 7 business days from its purchase date. In return, a monetary refund will be received, less 5% of the item's value or less 100 ILS – whichever is lower. For items sold at a discount as part of a SALE and you wish to receive credit for a future purchase on the website – the credit value will be equal to the original amount paid – without deduction.
* In any case, a return fee of 30 ILS will be charged.
* Direct cards cannot be credited, and therefore Direct cardholders are entitled to receive website credit only.
