Additional notes
* There may be delays in the courier's arrival if it concerns small or remote localities, such as: Eilat, the Arava settlements, settlements beyond the Green Line and the Golan Heights area. In these localities, we cannot guarantee the courier's arrival for up to 6 business days.
* There may be delays during periods of special sales promotions or during periods of departure from routine.
** Express delivery is only active during the studio's opening hours - Sunday - Thursday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
* Free – with purchases over 700 NIS
* If you purchased for less than 700 NIS, a fee of 20 NIS will be charged for home delivery.
* If you purchased over 700 NIS – free home delivery
* We undertake to pack and ship the package for you within 2 business days from the time of order (working days). If there is an exception, we will contact you to update and coordinate.
Delivery with courier to your home or workplace
The courier will contact you by phone to coordinate his arrival, so it is recommended that you be available after ordering on the site. Delivery hours are 10:00-17:00, so it is a good idea to choose an address that is convenient for receiving the delivery during these hours (for example, your workplace address). If the courier company does not arrive at the location you specified in your address, we will notify you and send the order by registered mail.

Returns Policy
Transaction cancellation and product return policy
If you wish to exchange or return an item you purchased, you can do so according to the following instructions:
The provisions of this section are subject to the Consumer Protection Law 5741 1981.
It is up to the party making the reservation (and not the party that is prevented) to cancel the reservation made in each of the cases and under the following conditions: Any credit will be transferred to the credit card with which the reservation was made only, and in accordance with the credit company's schedules.
* Canceling the order before the product is sent to the customer will result in a charge of 15 NIS, and the customer will be refunded the money she paid for the transaction, including shipping fees. A financial credit will be given in accordance with the law.
* In the event of a transaction cancellation: After the product has been sent to the customer and after the goods have been returned and received back to the company's warehouses: the value paid for the items will be credited only, minus a 30 NIS return fee.
Item purchased at full price (not on sale or with a coupon discount):
2 options:
Credit : A refund will be received for the amount paid for the items, minus only 30 NIS for the shipping cost.
Website coupon : If you choose a coupon for a purchase on the website, you will receive the full amount paid.
Item purchased on sale or with a discount code:
2 options:
Credit : You will receive a refund minus 5% of the item's value + a 30 NIS deduction for the return shipping cost.
Website coupon : Get the full amount paid for the items, without deductions. (In the case of special offers such as 1+1, an amount of 25 NIS will be deducted)
The credit will be given on the condition that the item is returned without use and/or defect and/or damage – and with the label on it as received. If the product is returned other than as stated in this section, the customer will not be credited (neither a monetary credit nor a credit voucher).
* The company has sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned goods.
* The item can be returned – unused, in its original packaging, with the labels attached to the cuff – within 14 days of receipt.
* Eligibility for a cash credit is conditional on a period of up to one month (at the latest) from the date of the credit/Paypal transaction.
*No monetary credit will be given for items for which no monetary consideration was paid, such as promotions or gifts.
Exchange policies
First exchange – you will be charged 20 NIS (except for exchanges in special promotions such as 1+1 where the exchange fee is 45 NIS)
Second exchange – you will be charged 45 NIS for the same transaction.
How to return items:
All you need to do is send the item back to us within 14 days of receiving it, and make sure it has not been used and that there is no defect/damage. Also, the label and strap that came with the item must be intact.

When returning, please fill in the details on the page.
On the page, mark √ indicating whether you want a cash credit / new item / credit for a purchase on the site.
Additionally, you must indicate in the table in the appropriate column the number that corresponds to the reason for your return:

In most cases, the return will be made by a courier who will coordinate a collection date with you.
We will usually receive the package within 7 business days. Once the package arrives, we will contact you.

Notes and additions
* The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of return of the item, only to the credit card from which the order was made. It will be made under the same terms as the original transaction (i.e.: a transaction made in installments will be refunded in a matching number of installments, and a transaction charged in a single payment will be refunded in one payment). There is no need to contact the credit card company to cancel the transaction – we will handle it for you. * A monetary credit for returned models will be given minus 30 NIS for return shipping fees.
* Under the guidance of the Ministry of Health, undergarments such as swimsuits, bodysuits and lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged.
* An item sold at a discount as part of a SALE can be returned up to 7 business days from the date of purchase. In return, you will receive a refund minus 5% of the item's value or minus 100 NIS - whichever is less. As for items sold at a discount as part of a SALE and for which you wish to receive credit for a future purchase on the site - the value of the credit will be equal to the original amount paid - without deduction.
* In any case, a return fee of 30 NIS will be charged.
* Direct cards cannot be credited, therefore Direct card holders are only eligible to receive credit on the website.
