Exchanges and returns

An item can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, as long as it has not been used and is kept in its original packaging with all labels.

Refunds will only be made to the credit card from which the order was made and in accordance with the policy and established deadlines.

Exchanges are made through customer service – including courier coordination and approvals depending on the condition of the item.
